I would like to share a few words of sentiments about this organization and the great work the have been doing in serving the less fortunate children and seniors in Guyana. I was at the fund-raiser an Evening of Hope, help on Sunday September 28, 2008 in Jersey City. It was a wonderful show for the entire family. It was very well organised by the members of the New Jersey Arya Samaj mandir, Inc., Humanitarian Mission. This type of fund-raising should be a living example for other Hindu Mandirs to follow. It was clean. As Hindus we need to set good examples for others to follow.

My hats off for doing such a wonderful job. Keep up teh great work.

may God Bless each one of you who support this worthy cause.

Bow down your heads into the dust, Oh you inhabitants of earth! be silent and receive with reverence these instructions from on high. Where so ever the sun does shine, where so ever the wind does blow, where so ever there is an ear to hear a mind, to conceive and to receive, let the precepts of life be made known, let the maxims of truth be honoured and obeyed.

All things proceeds from God, His power is unbounded, His wisdom is for eternity and His goodness endured for ever. He sits on His throne, in the centre of this universe and the breath of His mouth gives life to the world. He touches the stars with His fingers and they run their course rejoicing. On the wings of the wind, He walks abroad and performs His will, through all the regions of unlimited space.

Order, grace and beauty, spring from His hands. The voice of wisdom, speaks in all of His works but the mortal understanding comprehended it not. The shadow of mortal knowledge, passes over the brain of man, as a dream he sees in the dark; he reasons and is deceived. The wisdom of God, is as the light of Heaven; it requires not reason; His mind is the foundation of truth. Justice and mercy wait before His throne; benevolence and love enlightened His countenance for ever. Who is like unto God in glory? Who in power, shall contend with the Almighty? Does he has any equal in wisdom? Can any in goodness be compared unto him? There is none other before Him.

Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other name, under heaven, given among men, whereby we must be saved.( King James version Holy Bible Acts.4:12 ).

He is it, Oh man! who has created you; your present station on earth was fixed by His laws; the powers of your mind, are the gifts of His Goodness, the wonders of your frame, are the works of His hands; your Soul, is His Soul; your unconscious-ness, is His Consciousness. Hear then His voice, for it is gracious and he that obey, shall establish in his mind Peace-Profound, which bring everlasting growth to the Soul that reside within His body, state after state on this planet earth.

I am still searching for the right words to express my feelings and sentiments about this great service to humanity that the New Jersey Arya Samaj Mandir, Inc., Humanitarian Mission been offering to the less fortunate children and seniors across Guyana.

I have read so many articles in the three leading Newspaper on line from Guyana. I must compliments Pt. Sugrim for his honesty in mentioning that this organization is running on the Guyanaes-American and other people contributions. I have also seen one the magazine that the organization have published with their spread sheet. I personally think that this is more than honesty and integrity for me to be believe and trust with my donation.

I wish the organization every success and pray that each and every one us will try to make a difference in someone's life. Our kindness and compassion is not measured by what we have, but what we do.

Keep up the great work in serving others.

God Bless

First i would like to say, Congratulations to the web designer once again for doing such a fantastic job. The site is beautifully maintained and equipped with a vast amount of useful information. The gallery section filled with hundred of photos are great visual proof of the truth of whats going on around the world.
I must say that the Humanitarian Mission of Guyana is a great organization. I also wanted to point out however, that poverty still exists in many places around the world. I do wish other organizations could reach out to many other countries who are suffering as well.
I am first generation born American to guyanese immigrants. I am blessed to have such a wonderful life and upbringing. However, I am now studying medicine in Antigua. It is really saddened and touching to see how people live with poor health care and unsanitary conditions. My duty in life is to become a doctor and help those in need. Im glad there are others out there like myself who are willing to give back. Im sure any donation to this organization will be beneficial to the people they are helping. Together as one people, under one unity we need to make a change, and change can start just from a small group of people trying to do great things around the world.
So thank you for helping those my ancestors are from, i hope we are the change we see in the future. (Mahatma Ghandi)

The Humanitarian Mission of NJASM has given hope to many people in Guyana. Living in the US, I can say that we have everything we could ask for and have things that we do not need.We should all remember that there are those back home who do not have much. Some people are poor and barely have clothes on their bodies and us over here want the most expensive piece of clothing. We do not cherish the things we have, yet those who have very little do not ask for much. This mission is helping those in need. We should always try to help by giving back to society and those who need help. This mission has changed my life because I see the changes that are being made. People say that a single child's smile can do wonders to your life and i truly believe in that. Please help bring a smile to not one child but maybe to a whole town or village. Give hope to a child that they can have a bright future ahead, that they matter and can make a difference in this world.God bless all of those lives who need help and those who are making a difference.

I am a very poor woman who lives in Corentyne, Berbice. I was very ill and was hospitalized and needed blood to save my life. Due to poverty there was now way me and my family could have afford to pay for the blood. I heard about the New Jersey Arya Samaj Mandir, Inc., Humanitarian Mission that was currently in Guyana. I have contacted Pandit Sugrim asking him if the organization can pay for the blood. He said yes the can, but instead of paying he went right away to the hospital and donate the pint of blood him self.

I write to say thanks and give a commendation for the care, compassion and professionalism of Pandit Suresh Sugrim. Your respond to saving a life by donating a pint of blood was beyond human compassion.

Once again words are not enough for me to say "Thank You" for saving my life and allowing me to be home with my three children.

I don't know to read or write. I have ask my friend to wtite this for me.
